Ohio =)

Last Friday I went to Ohio to spend the weekend with Chris & Steph and Chad. We had a great time. =) I surprised him and showed up at his work Friday night, then he came over to Steph and Chad's house after work. We stayed up till almost 3 am talking =P.

Then on Saturday Steph and I went out for breakfast together while the guys were at Bus visitation. Chris had the whole rest of the day planned out for us, and wouldn't tell me where we were going =) He's really big on surprising me =D First we went to Ikea - I had asked to go here. I had heard alot about them, but never been to one. It was awesome! Then we went to Barnes & Noble Bookstore and got Starbucks right away. =) We walked around and talked and looked at all the different books. We both have a love for reading =) Then we went to an awesome scrapbooking store called Archivers. =) It was about this time that I figured out we were going to a bunch of my favorite places =D What can I say...? =P This store was incredible! They had soooo many cool things to choose from. I got way too many ideas =) After there we went to supper at Olive Garden - my favorite restaurant =) It was so yummy. We ended the night by going back to Steph and Chad's and watching a movie. It was truly a wonderful day. The best part of the whole day was getting to just be with him and talk to him. =) He did PLENTY of talking too, not just me =) Then on Sunday I rode with Chris on his bus route, and then went with him to Sunday School and watched him lead Junior Church. He did a great job, and REALLY came out of his "shell" with the kids =P I got to meet several people from his church, although I don't know that I could remember their names if my life depended on it =) We had an awesome weekend though. Steph and Chad were awesome chaperones =) We love you both!

He totally suprprised, more like shocked, me this past weekend and showed up at my house on New Year's Eve. My parents and my siblings knew =) Me? Notta thing. =) Then he brought me the roses above too =) So sweet =) We had a great weekend, and my family nor my lack of cooking skills scared him away =P

Can't wait to see what God has in store =D

I think if I smile much more my skin will start to sag around my lips! =) I am just amazed at how God works. I am very rarely speechless =P, and I just don't know how to put this into words. So stay tuned. Hopefully very soon I will be able to. =)

Suffice it to say - I just couldn't be happier at the moment. =) Or at least I don't know how I could be. =P I am just so very happy =)

While there are several more, these 4 are the main ones. We spend 5 out of 7 days out of the week together. We laugh alot, cry some, and talk ALOT. And do we ever have some interesting conversations. =P I am thankful for them =)

In full swing =)

The Christmas Season and all that come with it is in full swing =) The calendar is quickly filling up for the next 3 weeks. I need to go make my Peanut Butter Fudge for the Ladies Meeting tomorrow night. =) The recipe for said fudge is in an earlier post from last year I think. Give it a try and let me know what you think =)

It has become a tradition for Op and I to go Christmas shopping for Renee. So I think that we are doing that this week. =p Which is really funny considering that I know what Op is getting for Christmas too =)

I am off to make my fudge! I will post pics soon =)
